We do not offer exchanges. 

Sale items and polewear are final sale with no refund.

Refund requests on applicable items must be made within 7 days of order receipt by emailing info@shopgads.com. All refund requests must be approved before items are returned. GADS Enterprise, LLC is not responsible for items sent without an approved refund.

Standard orders are processed within 5-8 business days from the date the order was placed. In the event of a delay, notice will be provided. 

Expedited orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business day. 

For United States orders we offer a flat rate, standard shipping fee of $7.99 for orders  under $250 and free standard shipping on orders $250 and over (pre-tax). 

Expedited 2 day shipping is available at the rate of $40.

Seller is not responsible for orders once shipped. 

Please contact us at info@shopgads.com regarding international shipping. Customers are responsible for any and all customs and/or fees associated with the import of goods outside the United States.
